WHAT WE GROW

All our vegetables are certified organic, by Baystate Organic Certifiers. We work hard to grow produce of excellent quality. Here’s what we grow:

Flowers are a significant focus: mixed bouquets of several dozen varieties, straight bunch Sunflowers and straight bunches of whichever varieties are in abundance, often snapdragons, Zinnias, calendula, Gomphrena or asters. Our flowers are grown without any chemicals, but are not certified organic. If you would like to ask us why, shoot us an email and we'd be happy to explain.

Herbs: Basil, Dill, Cilantro, Parsley, possibly other assorted herbs

Baby Salad greens: arugula, crunchy lettuce mix, spring mix, pea greens, spinach.

Other vegetables: Beans, beets, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celeriac, chard, cucumbers, edamame, eggplant, fennel, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce  (8 varieties), napa cabbage, onions (6 varieties), parsnips, peas (sugar snap), peppers (sweet and hot specialty varieties), popcorn, potatoes (new and fingerling), radishes,  scallions, shallots,  summer squash,  tomatoes (including about 15 different heirlooms), cherry tomatoes, turnips, winter squash

Potted plants: starts of vegetables, herbs and flowers as we have surplus, especially early in the market season.
