ZUCCHINI RACE RULES

The number one rule is that the purpose of the
race is to be creative and have fun!
§
Zucchini must BE the vehicle, not just added to
an existing form of locomotion e.g. strapping a zucchini to a skateboard. Wheel
axles must penetrate the zucchini.
§
Races will be held in heats with the winner of
each heat advancing until we have a champion, so design with some durability in
mind. Prizes to be announced on race day.
§
Secondary prizes will be awarded for creativity
and the vehicle that best celebrates our muse for the day: zucchini!
§
The racetrack will not
be able to accommodate vehicles that exceed 10” in width.
§
Depending on the number of entries we may be
split the races into age groups. All ages are welcome and encouraged to
participate.
